Wellness Program
Updated for 2026! CPChem has moved administration of Your Journey to Wellness from ActiveHealth to Alight effective Jan. 1, 2026. If you need help with 2025 program benefits (a physical gift card issued in April or reissue of a digital gift card), you can still contact ActiveHealth at 1-877-489-9398. In 2026, please log on to the Benefits Service Center website at digital.alight.com/cpchem and click on the “Your Journey to Wellness” link.

CPChem wants to help you along your journey to wellness. By participating in the wellness program, you can earn up to $250 in rewards that can be redeemed for digital gift cards.

Well-Being Reimbursement Account
Updated for 2026! CPChem has moved administration of the Well-Being Reimbursement Account from Inspira Financial to Alight effective Jan. 1, 2026. You can request reimbursement of your remaining 2025 balance from Inspira through March 30, 2026. To request reimbursement for 2026, log on to the Benefits Service Center website at digital.alight.com/cpchem and submit the 2026 Well-Being Reimbursement Account Claim Form and itemized receipt(s). Alight will process all 2026 reimbursements, which will be paid through CPChem payroll (please allow up to four weeks for payroll processing).

To support your well-being journey and to encourage a fit lifestyle through physical activities, employees are eligible to receive reimbursement of up to $200 per year for certain fitness items, work-life solutions and well-being and financial support services.

Starting July 1st, CPChem provides employees with a Care.com membership, offering access to quality providers for child care, senior care, pet care, housekeeping, tutoring, and well-being webinars. Membership also includes LifeMart shopping discounts on home goods, travel, entertainment, electronics, and more.
